2024 The Color Run?北京站

報名須知

一．活動時間、地點 

1.活動日期：2024年4月20日（星期六）

2.活動時間：

上午場活動時間：8：30-12：00

上午場出發(fā)時段：9：00-11：00

下午場活動時間：13：30-17：00

下午場出發(fā)時段：14：00-16：00

分批起跑，間隔5-10分鐘。

3.活動地點：北京園博園

二．報名時間

2024年1月18日起，報完即止。鑒于The Color Run?在北京的受歡迎程度，所有名額有可能在短時間內報滿，請彩色跑者們在第一時間報名。各位選手可以在The Color Run?北京站報名整體結束后，在The Color Run?官方網站和官方微信查詢報名結果。

三．報名方式

1．2024 The Color Run?北京站均為線上報名。

2．參賽者必須如實填寫個人報名資料經官網、微信、授權的第三方報名合作平臺報名。

四．報名資格

（一）參賽者年齡要求

參賽者限6周歲及以上（2018年當年出生），18歲以下未成年人參賽需要求其監(jiān)護人或法定代理人簽署參賽聲明；

（二）參賽者身體狀況要求

有下列身體狀況者不宜參加比賽:

1.先天性心臟病和風濕性心臟病患者；

2.高血壓和腦血管疾病患者；

3.心肌炎和其它心臟病患者；

4.冠狀動脈病患者和嚴重心律不齊者；

5.血糖過高或過低的糖尿病患者；

6.比賽日前兩周以內患感冒；

7.其他不適合運動的疾病患者；

8.孕婦。

五．注意事項 

1.報名者應真實、準確填寫報名信息（姓名、性別、身份證號碼、聯(lián)系電話、血型等）。

2.報名者如實填寫報名信息，填寫完成后提交報名信息，報名時需全額繳納報名費用。The Color Run?北京站報名整體結束后，可通過官方微信、網站查詢報名結果，顯示報名信息者即報名成功，參賽號查詢時間為賽前3周。

3.報名成功的參賽者，賽前憑本人報名所使用的有效證件原件及本人簽署的免責聲明領取參賽物品，領取信息將于賽前4周公布?；顒釉试S代領參賽物品，被委托人應持委托文件原件，委托人有效身份證明原件或復印件，委托人簽署的免責聲明原件及被委托人有效證件及復印件領取參賽物品。

4.報名成功后，報名信息不能更改；報名一旦成功，報名費不予返還。

Event Information of 2024 The Color Run? Beijing

1)Event Date and Venue 

1.Event Date: April 20, 2024 (Saturday)

2.The event will be staged from 8:30 and 12:00 in the morning and from 13:30 to 17:00 in the afternoon. Participants will start in waves during 9:00-11:00 in the morning and 14:00-16:00 in the afternoon and the intervals between waves will be around 5-10 minutes.

2)Registration Period

The registration will start on Jan. 18, 2024 and end as soon as the slots are sold out. Given the popularity of The Color Run? in Beijing, the slots are very likely to be sold out in a short period of time. It is highly recommended to secure your slot at your earliest convenience. After the registration process of 2024 The Color Run? Beijing is completed, all participants can log on the official website and official WeChat of The Color Run? to check the registration results.

3)How to register

1．2024 The Color Run? Beijing is required to register online only.

2．All participants are required to submit authentic personal information through The Color Run?s official website, official WeChat, and other authorized registration platforms.

4)Registration Qualification

1．Age Qualification: participants must be born in or before 2018 (older than 6-year-old). Guardians or legal representatives of the participants, who are under 18-year-old, are required to sign the event disclaimer.

2．Physical Qualification: the participants under the following conditions are not allowed in this event, including but not limited to:

a)Congenital heart disease & rheumatic heart disease

b)Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases

c)Myocarditis and other heart diseases

d)Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia

e)Diabetics with high blood sugar or low blood sugar

f)Catching a cold within two weeks before the event

g)Any symptom that is not suitable for running

h)The pregnant women

5)Notice

1.All participants should submit personal information authentically and correctly, including name, sex, ID number, phone number and blood type.

2.All participants must provide the complete personal information and pay the registration fee in full. After the registration process of 2024 The Color Run? Beijing is completed, registration results will be available to check through official website and official WeChat of The Color Run?. The registration is successful if personal information can be found in the system. Bib number will be allowed to check 3 weeks before the event date.

3.All participants will need to pick up event packs/bags with the signed disclaimer and the valid identification document. The information of event packs/bags pick-up will be available 4 weeks before the event. If you are unable to collect your event pack, someone can collect it on your behalf with a signed consent letter providing permission from you, the original or a copy of your ID, the disclaimer signed by you, ID & a copy of ID of the person who will collect the event pack.   

4.Once registered, the personal information cannot be changed. The registration fee will not be refunded.
