2024 Run To The Color （杭州站）

報(bào)名須知

一.活動(dòng)時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)

1.活動(dòng)日期:2024年10月26日(星期六)

2.活動(dòng)時(shí)間:

全天分為上午、下午兩個(gè)場(chǎng)次:上午活動(dòng)時(shí)間:9:00-12:30，下午活動(dòng)時(shí)間:14:30-17:30分批起跑,間隔5-10分鐘。

3.活動(dòng)地點(diǎn):杭州市拱墅區(qū)大運(yùn)河杭鋼公園 

二.報(bào)名時(shí)間

報(bào)名開(kāi)啟后,報(bào)完即止。鑒于Run To The Color在杭州的受歡迎程度,所有名額有可能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)報(bào)滿(mǎn)，請(qǐng)跑者們?cè)诘谝粫r(shí)間報(bào)名。各位跑者可以在Run To The Color杭州站報(bào)名整體結(jié)束后,在Run To The Color官方小程序查詢(xún)報(bào)名結(jié)果。

三.報(bào)名方式

1.2024 Run To The Color杭州站均為線(xiàn)上報(bào)名。

2.跑者必須如實(shí)填寫(xiě)個(gè)人報(bào)名資料,經(jīng)官網(wǎng)、官方微信小程序、授權(quán)的第三方報(bào)名合作平臺(tái)報(bào)名。

四.報(bào)名資格

(一)跑者年齡要求

跑者限6周歲及以上(2018年9月21日前出生)，18歲以下未成年人參與需要求其監(jiān)護(hù)人或法定代理人簽署參賽聲明;

(二)跑者身體狀況要求

有下列身體狀況者不宜參加活動(dòng):

1.先天性心臟病和風(fēng)濕性心臟病患者;

2.高血壓和腦血管疾病患者;

3.心肌炎和其它心臟病患者;

4.冠狀動(dòng)脈病患者和嚴(yán)重心律不齊者;

5.血糖過(guò)高或過(guò)低的糖尿病患者;

6.活動(dòng)日前兩周以?xún)?nèi)患感冒;

7.其他不適合運(yùn)動(dòng)的疾病患者;

8.孕婦;

9.呼吸道疾病或粉塵過(guò)敏者。

五.注意事項(xiàng)

1.報(bào)名者應(yīng)真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確填寫(xiě)報(bào)名信息(姓名、性別、有效證件號(hào)碼、聯(lián)系電話(huà)等)。

2.報(bào)名者應(yīng)如實(shí)填寫(xiě)報(bào)名信息，填寫(xiě)完成后提交報(bào)名信息，報(bào)名時(shí)需全額繳納報(bào)名費(fèi)用。

Run To The Color杭州站報(bào)名整體結(jié)束后,可通過(guò)官方小程序查詢(xún)報(bào)名結(jié)果，顯示報(bào)名信息者即報(bào)名成功。

3.報(bào)名成功的跑者,活動(dòng)前憑本人報(bào)名訂單生成的領(lǐng)物二維碼及本人簽署的免責(zé)聲明領(lǐng)取活動(dòng)裝備?；顒?dòng)裝備允許代領(lǐng),被委托人應(yīng)持委托文件原件,委托人簽署的免責(zé)聲明原件、委托人裝備領(lǐng)取碼及被委托人有效證件原件或復(fù)印件領(lǐng)取活動(dòng)裝備。

4.報(bào)名成功后,報(bào)名信息不能更改

5.退款條件:活動(dòng)日兩周前,且在各購(gòu)票平臺(tái)客服人員正常工作時(shí)間段(10:00-18:00)內(nèi),購(gòu)票人若需退票可申請(qǐng)全額退票，退票申請(qǐng)?jiān)?024年10月10日18點(diǎn)截止。

上述退票僅支持整單整退(僅支持整單中所有門(mén)票全退)。

2024年10月10日18點(diǎn)起,不再受理退票申請(qǐng)。

6.入場(chǎng)規(guī)則:須攜帶報(bào)名人在購(gòu)票時(shí)填寫(xiě)的本人有效身份證件實(shí)名驗(yàn)證后入場(chǎng)。

7.由于裝備服制作工期長(zhǎng),已于報(bào)名前進(jìn)行制作,部分尺碼數(shù)量有限,請(qǐng)予以理解和配合。

8.禁止攜帶特殊旗幟、旗桿、橫幅、條幅、違禁食品、管制刀具、打火機(jī)、冷焰火、杭州市軌道交通禁止攜帶物品及非Run To The Color官方的彩色粉末等物品。

1.未盡事項(xiàng),另行通知,本規(guī)程解釋權(quán)歸組委會(huì)所有。

2.如果中英文有不明確,以中文解釋為準(zhǔn)。

Event Information of 2024 Run To The Color Hangzhou

1.Event Date and Venue

1.Event Date: Oct 26 ,2024 (Saturday)

2.The event will be staged from 9:30 and 12:30 in the morning and from 14:30 to 17:30 in the afternoon. The intervals between waves will be around 5-10 minutes.

3.Venue: Hangzhou Steel Park of Grand Canal in Gong Shu District

2.Registration Period

The registration has begun and will end as soon as the slots are sold out. Given high popularity of Run To The Color in Hangzhou, the slots are very likely to be sold out in a short period of time. It is highly recommended to secure your slot at your earliest convenience. After the registration process of 2024 Run To The Color Hangzhou is completed, all participants can log on the official WeChat mini program of Run To The Color to check the registration results.

3.How to register

1.2024 Run To The Color Hangzhou is required to register online.

2.All participants are required to submit authentic personal information through Run To The Color official website, official WeChat mini program, and other authorized registration platforms.

4.Registration Qualification

1.Age Qualification: participants must be born in or before 2018(older than 6-year-old). Guardians or legal representatives of the participants, who are under 18-year-old, are required to sign the event disclaimer.

2.Physical Qualification:the participants under the following conditions are not allowed in this event, including but not limited to:

a.Congenital heart disease & rheumatic heart disease

b.Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases

c.Myocarditis and other heart diseases

d.Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia

e.Diabetics with high blood sugar or low blood sugar

f.Catching a cold within two weeks before the event

g.Any symptom that is not suitable for running

h.The pregnant women

5.Notice

1.All participants should submit personal information authentically and correctly, including name, sex, ID number and phone number.

2.All participants must provide the complete personal information and pay the registration fee in full. After the registration process of 2024 Run To The Color Hangzhou is completed, registration results will be available to check through the official WeChat mini program of Run To The Color. The registration is successful if personal information can be found in the system.

3.All participants will need to pick up event packs/bags with the signed disclaimer and the QR code in the official WeChat mini program of Run To The Color. If you are unable to collect your event pack, someone else can collect it on your behalf with a signed consent letter providing permission from you, the disclaimer signed by you, your QR code in the official WeChat mini program of Run To The Color and ID or a copy of ID of the person who will collect the event pack.

4.Once registered, the personal information cannot be changed.

5.Refund policy: you can apply for full refund through your registration platforms during office hours (10am-6pm) by Oct 10, 2024. After 6pm, Oct 10, 2024, the registration fee will not be refunded any more.

6.Please be aware that you must bring the original ID you used to register 2024 Run To The Color Hangzhou to check in the event on Oct. 26, 2024.

7.Due to the long lead time of production and transportation, official apparels in various sizes have been ordered before the registration process starts. Your understanding is much appreciated.
